My step daughter struggles with math and was bringing home less than adequate grades. The way Ryan was able to break down problems for clients in the IT world, I knew without a doubt that he would be able to break down the math and reach my kid. Each meeting the two of them would work through her homework and cover the material in a way that made more sense. This was especially important because the lessons in the classroom funneled into the homework, and the homework was not graded for accuracy just that it was completed. This created a cycle where homework was being completed but the concepts were not fully understood and then there was a big disconnect when it came time for test taking. Meeting two or even three times a week the understanding of the math increased and test scores dramatically improved.
